Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal cakes, we cannot accept physical returns once a delivery is completed; however, we offer full replacements or refunds for any products that arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards.

Return Process

    Please check your cake immediately upon arrival for any transit damage or discrepancies before the delivery driver leaves.

    Document the Issue

    Take clear photographs of the cake and the packaging if there are any visible defects or quality concerns.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer care team within 4 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos of the product.

    Resolution Processing

    Our team will review your claim and issue a store credit, refund, or schedule an immediate redelivery of a fresh cake.
