How do you ensure the cake stays fresh during delivery?
All our cakes are baked to order and transported in temperature-controlled vehicles. We use specialized reinforced packaging and cold packs to ensure your dessert arrives in perfect, bakery-fresh condition.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date and time?
Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout. We recommend scheduling deliveries at least 48 hours in advance for custom designs, though we offer same-day delivery for select signature cakes.
Do you offer options for dietary restrictions like gluten-free or vegan?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated range of vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free cakes. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, please note that our kitchen handles wheat, nuts, and dairy products.
What is your policy on returns or refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your cake arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo for a full refund or replacement.
Do you provide custom messages or cake toppers?
